Week of Prayer Challenges:  Choose 2 to complete

Monday: Call a grandparent or other family member and talk with them.

Tuesday: Find 5 promises in the Bible. Write them on index cards or post-it notes and put them on the bathroom mirror or refrigerator in your house to remind you and your family of God’s promises.

Wednesday: Paint and decorate rocks with positive messages and leave them along areas in your neighborhood that they will be found by others taking a walk. Optional: Write a positive message on your sidewalk with chalk.

Thursday: Make a card for someone you have been upset with. Ask God to help you with that card and to heal that anger.

Friday: Make a May day basket and deliver it to a neighbor’s house. Possible items to include – flowers, notes of encouragement, cookies. Optional: Make and mail an encouraging card for residents at a nursing home.
